Job Description
We are seeking a fulltime Licensed Outpatient Therapist to provide individual and family therapy for clients three years of age and older. The person in this position will work with clients and families/natural supports to assess their strengths and needs in order to determine the type(s) of treatment modalities needed and then provide those services directly. Qualifications: Must have a Mental Health License in North Carolina (i.e. LCSW/A LCMHC/A) and a Masters Degree in counseling social work or psychology.
Minimum Salary and Median Salary
Associate License $46K and $47.5
Fully licensed $51K and $55K

Location:Fayetteville NC
We are seeking a fulltime Licensed Outpatient Therapist to provide the following services:
- Conduct initial Comprehensive Clinical Assessments to determine if criteria for mental health diagnosis and treatment are met.
- Recommend types of treatment modalities and evidencedbased practices needed and provide these services directly or by referral.
- Work with clients and families/natural supports to assess client strengths and needs.
- Assist families with planning developing implementing and assessing treatment and ancillary services.
- Document treatment and review treatment thru the use of service notes client treatment plans and treatment assessment tools.
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required.
