Job Summary:
Hyundai of North Charleston is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a fulltime Sales Representative. This is an exciting opportunity for those looking to pursue a career in the auto industry with a leading brand in North Charleston South Carolina. As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. This is an individual contributor role where your performance will directly impact your compensation and career growth opportunities.
Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position ranges from $65000 to $150000 per year based on experience and performance. In addition to competitive pay we provide our employees with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance paid time off retirement plan options and opportunities for advancement within the company.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
Understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of Hyundai vehicles
Conduct product demonstrations and test drives with potential customers
Negotiate and close sales deals while providing exceptional customer service
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build longterm relationships
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
Stay uptodate on industry trends products and competitive offerings
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment
Maintain a thorough knowledge of all current inventory and dealership promotions
Adhere to all dealership policies and procedures
Requirements:
Previous sales experience preferably in the automotive industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service and negotiation abilities
Proficient with technology and digital platforms
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with minimal supervision
Highly organized and detailoriented
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
