- Focused on quality development of Guidewire applications in a competitive environment.
- Guidewire Implementation experience.
- Handson Experience in leading a team.
- Experience in the Guidewire development.
- Responsible for leading the team from on/near/offshore and work towards a common goal.
- Accountable for the team delivery.
- Responsible for teaching/coaching the team and create a positive environment.
- P&C Personal Property Insurance domain skills.
- Guidewire Configuration developer.
