The Ideal Candidate:
- Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of Ohio BMV procedures and requirements
- Excels at processing titles registrations and temporary tags with perfect accuracy
- Possesses experience with outofstate title transfers and lien processing
- Navigates complex title situations (salvage rebuilt lease buyouts etc. with confidence
- Maintains exceptional organizational skills when managing high volume workflows
- Communicates effectively with customers lenders BMV officials and dealership staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Ohio vehicle titles registrations and temporary tags with complete accuracy
- Manage title work for tradeins purchases and lease buyouts
- Coordinate with lienholders and financial institutions to ensure proper documentation
- Resolve title issues and discrepancies promptly and efficiently
- Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with all Ohio title regulations
- Stay current with changing Ohio BMV requirements and procedures
