Job Description
We are seeking a Clinical Lab Technologist for a fulltime night shift position in New York. The role involves performing routine and emergency tests on blood serum spinal fluid and other body fluids using both automated and manual equipment. The ideal candidate will excel at maintaining QA and QC standards solving technical issues and managing specimen processing to ensure accurate timely results.
Position Highlights:
- Shift: Night 12:00 AM 8:30 AM) with alternating weekends
- Responsibilities:
- Perform testing using automated and manual equipment
- Ensure specimens are processed efficiently
- Review data and report abnormal or critical results
- Maintain quality control records and resolve QC issues
- Prepare reagents and monitor inventory
- Perform testing using automated and manual equipment
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in a physical science or medical technology preferred
- New York State Clinical Laboratory Technologist License or limited permit required

- Competitive pay $88000$110000 DOE with a signon bonus available for qualified candidates
