Description

Clean Harborsis looking forSolids Control Techto join their safety conscious team inGrande Prairie AB.

This position isresponsible for the maintenance and repair of all the oilfield rental equipment. Responsible for maintaining Company equipment both in the branch office/yard as well as to respond to service calls in various remote locations and client sites.

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices policies and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
  • Rigging in and Rigging out solids control equipment
  • Perform maintenance which follows the manufacturer guidelines for service times and inspections by requesting additional information as required from the establishment in which the equipment was purchased
  • Ensure expected completion timelines for various repairs are met and that equipment is repaired and sent out in a timely manner
  • Timely and accurate completion of all required paperwork such as Work Orders Inspections and Inventory Sheets
  • Ensure the shop area is kept clean tidy and free of hazards at all times as per office expectations reporting all hazards and near misses as appropriate
  • Monitor all equipment to ensure it is in superior working condition and all repairs are completed
  • Supervise train and mentor shop laborers in addition to registered apprentices as required


Qualifications
  • 35 years of Centrifuge/ Solids control equipment experience
  • Valid Class 5 Drivers License required;
  • FirstAid and H2S Alive safety tickets arerequired upon hire;
  • Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills;
  • Superior communication skills attention to detail organizational and analytical skills
