We are currentlyseeking to fill a fulltime sales associate positionat our dealership who could also be our backup F&I. Responsibilities
- Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- One day a week will be the F&I person and backup on Saturdays when it gets busy
- Be the vehicle expert. Know the ins & the outs of product offerings optional packages & latest technology
- Perform highquality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
- Followup with buyers to ensure referral business.
- Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability and collectability
- Fully proficient with title laws and registration process
- Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position
- Motorsports Finance Manageraccurately desks deals submits deals to lenders for approval makes credit decisions and effectively closes deals
- Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local state and federal guidelines
- Prepares paperwork contracts and delivers deals
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
- Reportto the Sales Manager regarding objectives planned activities reviews and analyses.

Qualifications
- Available to work flexible hours & Saturdays
- College degree preferred or equivalent experience
- One year of automotive/motorsports finance experience required
- Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs
- Fantastic communication skills with your customers
- Must possess the ability to close
- Professional wellgroomed personal appearance.
- Valid Drives License
- Willing to submit to a preemployment drug screen (not testing for THC)
