Job Description
I would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to Thermal Dynamics Inc. We are a heating air conditioning and refrigeration Company. Our experienced and trained staff is available to handle all of your service problems eliminating the need to call numerous specialty servicemen qualified to handle only specific individual problems. We have over thirty years of experience with heating cooling and troubleshooting. We are members of the Eastern Heating and Cooling Council and North American Technician Excellence (NATE).
The Service Technician reports to the Service Manager and is responsible for performing a range of HVACR jobs for industrial commercial and residential customers.

Job Qualifications:
- High school graduate and graduate of a postsecondary HVACR program of instruction of two or more years in duration.
- One or more years of successful experience either as a commercial service or installation technician.
- Good verbal and reading skills including the ability to read and apply manufacturers instructions and to clearly communicate with residential and commercial customers suppliers and other Thermal Dynamics Inc. employees.
- Physical ability to perform all duties noted above under the conditions circumstances and extreme weather conditions found in (state).
- Interest and initiative in maintaining and advancing his or her HVACR skills through a combination of selfstudy company training manufacturers workshops and other professional development activities.
- Current (state) operators license and the ability to operate all vehicles in the corporate fleet within 30 days of initial employment. Incumbent must be insurable by current Thermal Dynamics Inc. insurance carrier
- Ability to work under pressures of time a nonstandard schedule weather customer needs and backlog constraints.
Compensation: $20.00 $50.00 per hour
