We are seeking an enthusiastic and resultsdriven Automotive Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales team!

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and identify their needs to offer personalized vehicle recommendations
- Demonstrate and highlight the features and benefits of vehicles to potential buyers
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle based on their preferences budget and needs
- Negotiate and close deals ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the buying process
- Maintain indepth knowledge of vehicle models features pricing and promotions
- Process paperwork including contracts financing and tradein evaluations
- Follow up with leads and past customers to generate repeat business
- Inbound calls/Outbound follow up calls
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide a high level of customer service before during and after the sale
- Stay updated on industry trends competitors and inventory updates
Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and high level of motivation to achieve sales goals
- Proficiency in using sales software and MS Office applications
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred)
