Job Description

What We Offer
- 2540 commission of payable vehicle gross profit based on volume or minimum wage if earned commission is less than Washington State minimum wage

Qualifications
- At least 1 year of sales experience and/or at least 1 year of customerfacing customer service experience
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends
- Professional wellgroomed personal appearance
- Clean driving record and valid drivers license
Responsibilities
- Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life
- Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
- Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the ins and the outs of product offerings optional packages and the latest technologies
- Perform highquality professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
- Followup with buyers to ensure successful referral business
- Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives planned activities reviews and analyses
- Bring your A game and a positive attitude to work with you every single day
