The Sr. Associate GT Commercial Inventory will support commercial GT programs and is responsible for ensuring inventory is tracked for finance and quality assurance purposes across the entire global drug supply network. He/she will work closely with Supply Chain Finance Logistics Quality IT departments and external CMOs to ensure an accurate account of inventory.The Opportunity to Make a Difference
- Maintaining/tracking inventory of available clinical/commercial supplies in the ERP system
- Work closely with contract manufacturers understand batch records and enter work orders into the ERP system
- Providing drug supply metrics and inventory visibility
- Reconciling production and inventory records with finance
- Interface with all departments to ensure that all inventory/material requests are filled in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintaining accurate and efficient inventory controls
- Assist in the setup/implementation of new tools/systems to improve/enhance inventory accuracy and service levels
More about You
- This role requires an understanding of the pharmaceutical supply chain as well as financial and analytical skills.
- Experience in multiple manufacturing sites and/or contract manufacturing environment are desirable.
- BA/BS required with 36 years of experience in a position directly related to materials management and inventory
- Attention to detail is required
- Must work collaboratively with staff
- Excellent Microsoft Excel required
- Experience with ERP or Financial Reporting software such as Oracle or SAP desired
