RESPONSIBILITIES:
Actively Listen to Customers to Understand Concerns
Provide Maintenance for Wireless Devices
Help customers diagnose Technical Issues
Identify & Position new Solutions That Align with their Needs
Navigate Through Multiple Computer Applications with Speed & Accuracy
Analyzing customers account and making recommendations based on findings that add value to a product and/or service
