Availability: Part Time Weekends Required 11pm7am shift
Pay Range: Starting at $15.50/hr

Responsibilities
- You will accurately reconcile and audit daily financial transactions to ensure all accounts are balanced.
- We expect you to prepare and distribute daily management reports summarizing hotel revenue and occupancy data.
- You shall assist in checking guests in and out during overnight hours ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- We expect you to respond promptly to guest inquiries and provide solutions to any nighttime issues that may arise.
- You will verify all credit card transactions for accuracy and report discrepancies as necessary.
- You shall maintain the security of the premises by monitoring entry points and addressing suspicious activity.
- We expect you to coordinate with other departments to resolve any guest complaints or requests effectively and efficiently.
- You will manage night shift responsibilities including setting up breakfast areas and preparing documentation for the following days operations.
Requirements
- We expect you to accurately perform daily financial audits and balance all accounts during the overnight hours.
- You should be proficient in using property management systems and various front office software programs to ensure seamless nightly operations.
- You need to prepare and distribute daily reports including revenue and occupancy summaries for management review each morning.
- We require you to handle any guest inquiries or issues that arise during the night with professionalism and efficiency.
- You must coordinate with security staff to maintain safety protocols throughout the hotel premises during your shift.
- We value your ability to conduct thorough reconciliations of discrepancies between guest ledger balances and received payments.
- You are expected to assist in setting up breakfast service logistics at night to ensure smooth transition for morning staff.
