Position Summary
Edgewood seeks an energetic organized and motivatedPsychology Postdoctoral Fellowto work in a team oriented and youth serving environment focused on delivering compassionate and quality mental health services. Reporting to the Director of Psychology Training the Psychology Postdoctoral Fellow provides comprehensive collaborative psychological services to youth including neuropsychological testing individual therapy and family therapy.
Program Summary
Edgewood is expanding its current outpatient services to include comprehensive neuropsychological assessment. This is an assessmentfocused position with additional opportunities for individual and family therapy. The successful candidate will specialize in culturally aware traumainformed collaborative psychological assessment and treatment planning

Essential Functions
Direct Clinical Service 60
- Creates a warm and welcoming clinical environment where clients feel supported and respected.
- Conducts diagnostic clinical interviews utilizes collateral information and reviews relevant treatment records.
- Administers culturally informed psychological testing batteries (including but not limited to tests of intellectual functioning academic achievement learning and memory reasoning and problem solving visuospatial skills language executive functioning attention mood and personality).
- Writes comprehensive assessment reports including diagnosis and treatment recommendations.
- Collaborates with and refers with families and multidisciplinary teams.
- Provides individual and family therapy to youths as needed.
- Consults as appropriate with providers in the community to facilitate continuity of care.
Supervision Teaching and Training 20
- Participates in individual supervision.
- Offers ongoing support and mentorship to practicum trainees
- Supports group assessment supervision and mentoring of practicum students
- Cofacilitates practicum case conference with a licensed clinician
- Presents 24 times per year in practicum didactic seminar
Collaborative and Other Activities 20
- Participates in outreach and educational activities including resource fairs community meetings and community outreach.
- Supports with assessmentrelated administrative tasks e.g. consults with potential clients manages a waitlist completes intake tasks.
- Completes documentation and administrative duties in accordance with Edgewood policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Special Knowledge Skills or Abilities

Minimum Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in psychology.
- Successfully completed psychology internship.
- Eligible for a California psychological associate position.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience administering psychological tests and assessments and report writing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable.
- Clinical experience in child/adolescent clinical setting is strongly preferred.
Salary InformationThe salary for this position is:$80000$88000 dependent on experience and language differentials. *Please note the language differential is contingent on passing a language proficiency test.
