Description
Job Summary:Park Cedar Rapids is seeking a dedicated and customerfocused Parking Amenity Ambassador to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service to parkers assist with vehiclerelated issues and ensure the safety and cleanliness of all parking facilities.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to parkers including jumpstarting vehicles and putting air in tires.
- Offer personal escort services to ensure the safety of parkers.
- Observe and report on the condition and activity of all ramps and lots.
- Perform light janitorial duties to maintain cleanliness of parking facilities.
- Inform management of safety and security issues in a timely manner.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to perform light physical tasks and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance (e.g. jumpstarting vehicles putting air in tires).
- Attention to detail and ability to observe and report accurately.
- Must pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
Expected Hours:
- Nights and weekends with other shifts available as needed.
- Sunday availability is specifically required for this position.
