partner staffing on behalfof our Client are seeking a motivated and experienced Civil Municipal Land Development Engineer tojoin our dynamic team. This position will play a crucial role in the planningdesign and of municipal and land development projects throughoutAlberta and Western Canada. The ideal candidate will have experience in civilengineering within the land development and municipal infrastructure sectorwith a strong understanding of local Alberta regulations and standards.
Requirements
KeyResponsibilities:
Lead and oversee thedesign and development of municipal projects including subdivisions and privatesites.
Prepare and reviewengineering designs drawings specifications and project proposals for civilinfrastructure components such as roads stormwater management waterdistribution and wastewater systems.
Experience instormwater design and hydraulic modeling.
Conduct siteassessments feasibility studies and risk analyses to ensure the viability ofproposed developments.
Manage projecttimelines budgets and client expectations ensuring all deliverables arecompleted on schedule.
Coordinate withgovernment agencies contractors developers and other stakeholders to ensureproject approval and regulatory compliance.
Perform constructioninspections site visits and quality control reviews during the constructionphase of projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree inCivil Engineering or a related field.
Registered as aProfessional Engineer (P.Eng. in Alberta or eligible for registration withAPEGA (Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta).
5 years ofexperience in land development municipal infrastructure and civil design.
Proficient inindustrystandard software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D EPANET and StormCAD.
Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teammembers clients and stakeholders.
Proven ability tomanage multiple projects simultaneously and work within tight deadlines.
