Are you looking for an opportunity to continue to enhance your skills while working Do you have a desire to be part of a maintenance team working on commercial and mutiunit residential properties from turnofthecentury to brand new structures If YES then we are looking for you!! We are currently seeking a highly motivated detailoriented candidate to join our Maintenance Team. Normal work hours are MF 8:00am to 5:00pm with some on call and snow removal hours.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Complete daily assigned work orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform minor building electrical painting and plumbing repairs.
- Demonstrate ability to work independently demonstrate quality work and follow defined procedures while following through completion of tasks to meet established deadlines.
- Demonstrate ability to interact effectively and in a businesslike manner with other staff members tenants residents service workers and others
Qualifications and Skills
- Must possess a valid drivers license and pass mandatory drug testing background investigation and physical ability screening.
- Previous experience in maintenance preferred
- Familiarity with handheld tools and equipment
- Deadline and detailoriented
- High school or equivalent / Vocational Education preferred
