Job Description
Successful HPC Infrastructure Engineers will have:
5 years of basic Linux skills; Install/update/administer
Experience with managing a baremetal hardware install
Hardware skills: handson reaching systems connecting network and direct attach storage devices lightsout management of systems both local and remote BMC management/firmware updates/setup
Working skillset to include: users applications OS packages kernel/OS configuration filesystems (xfs ext4 nfs fuse) networks firewalls security/hardening (STIG OSCAP)
Familiar with storage hardware
Working knowledge of PCle cards
Basic knowledge of HPC technologies) at least 1 year of work experience): parallel/distributed file systems high speed interconnect fabrics HPC batch schedulers
This role is 100 onsite in Herndon VA. An active TS/SCI or above clearance is required to start. If you do not hold a polygraph you must be willing to sit for a CIPolygraph. Strong salaries 100 paid healthcare (including family) 6 weeks PTO/holidays 8 401K and more.
