Job Description

Housekeeper Carter Creek Management Company is looking to fill FIFTEEN 15 Housekeeper positions in Irvington VA to work approximately 04/01/2025 to 12/1/2025 This is a temporary fulltime peak load position.

Duties:Make beds replenish linens clean rooms and halls vacuum and perform other light cleaning duties to maintain hotel in a clean and orderly manner. Load carts with supplies. Restock guest supplies. Report maintenance problems in guest rooms to supervisor. Keep housekeeping carts clean and supplies orderly. Assist in keeping housekeeping closets stocked and orderly.

Requirements:Requires 3 months of experience in any housekeeping or cleaning occupation.

Terms & Conditions of Employment:Fulltime at least 35 hours per week. Sunday through Saturday 5 days a week) 8:00AM 4:00PM or 3:00PM 11:00PM.

Paid biweekly wages calculated each workweek. Workers will be paid no less than $15.00 per hour. Overtime will be paid at 1.5 times workers regular hourly pay $22.50 per hour). Employer will make all deductions from the workers paycheck as required by law.

Onthejob training provided. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools supplies and equipment required to perform the job.

Lodging Deductions Benefits:Optional employee housing is available for a paycheck deduction of $219.23 per paycheck (reasonable cost).

Benefits available from day 1 of work: EAP F&B discounts retail discounts and free meals while working. Benefits available on the first day of the month after 30 days of employment: health insurance. Benefits available after 90 days of employment: accrued PTO.

Inbound/Outbound Transportation:If the worker completes 50 of the work contract period employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Reimbursement will be included in first paycheck following 50 completion.

Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Subsistence will be at least $16.00 per day of travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with documentation of actual expenses. Employer will provide or pay the reasonable costs for lodging where lodging is necessary.

Employer will reimburse worker in the first workweek for all visa visa processing border crossing and other related fees including those mandated by the government incurred by the worker.

Threefourths Guarantee:The employer guarantees threefourths of the total number of work hours of each 12week period for beginning with the first workday after arrival of the worker or the advertised contractual first date of need whichever is later and ending on the expiration of the date specified in the work contract.
