Job Description
Care Coordinator at Griswold Home Care (Shrewsbury MA)
Griswold Home Care is seeking a compassionate detailoriented Care Coordinator to join our team. In this role youll be the first point of contact for clients and caregivers managing onboarding scheduling employee files and ensuring excellent service. If youre passionate about helping seniors and want to make a positive impact wed love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Screen applicants conduct interviews and complete background checks
- Maintain organized employee files
- Assist with scheduling shifts and filling open positions
- Handle client inquiries and ensure proper paperwork is completed
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and caregivers
- Rotate oncall duties for continuous care
Qualifications:
- High school diploma (GED) required; HR or staffing experience preferred
- Caregiving experience a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office equipment
- Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fastpaced environment

Travel Requirement:
Please note that some travel may be required especially for training which is conducted at our Needham MA office.
