This position is located onsite at our corporate office in Salem New Hampshire.
Extreme Networks is seeking an intern to support the Global Service Sales organization. This team is responsible for driving new business as well as building and maintaining customer loyalty through new valueadded services contracts and renewals. As a member of the team the intern will interact with various crossfunctional teams including operations marketing and channels to help drive our gotomarket strategy and support some of our top initiatives.
Position Responsibilities
Conduct data analysis on renewals processing growth and upselling engagements
Research interview and collect information from internal sellers and customers to aid in streamlining processes.
Shadow others in the organization to improve exposure and understanding of Extremes service sales and renewals offerings and processes.
Gain familiarization on tools and initiatives such as Cleverbridge SendSpark Oracle and Extremes products.
Requirements (Intern Level)
Must live in proximity to Extremes corporate office in Salem New Hampshire.
Excellent communication and computer skills are a requirement specifically Microsoft Office applications (Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint).
Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Masters degree in a Business discipline (i.e. Management Sales Finance Entrepreneurship or Marketing).
Interested in getting experience and exposure to the world of Networking and Service Delivery
Selfmotivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently with some direction.
Excellent time management communication and organizational skills
Willingness to adapt to changing work environments/people/process/tools
