Are you an experienced technician looking for your next step Our client is seeking a Senior/Master Technician to join their growing team. With an OTE of up to 45k plus an annual loyalty bonus this is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of vehicles including hybrid and electric models in a supportive careerdriven environment.

- Working Pattern: Monday Friday: 8:30am 5:00pm with alternate Saturday mornings 8:30am 12:30pm).

Your Role:
- Lead and mentor junior technicians setting the standard for excellence and growth.
- Diagnose and repair complex faults across a variety of vehicles including hybrid and electric models.
- Ensure all work meets manufacturer standards and safety protocols.
- Communicate clearly with customers and the service team to deliver exceptional service.
What You Bring:
- Level 3 NVQ in Vehicle Mechanics (or equivalent).
- Proven experience as a Senior/Master Technician.
- Strong expertise in diagnostics vehicle systems and hybrid/electric models.
- Excellent leadership and problemsolving skills.
- Full UK driving license.
