Overview:
Due to growth Orthopedic & Spine Therapy is seeking a fulltime or parttime Physical Therapist for our outpatient clinic in Lakewood Wisconsin. The caseload will primarily focus on general orthopedics with opportunities to develop specialty treatment areas based on your interests.
- Fulltime Hours: 40 hours per week are available with a flexible schedule to work 4 or 5 days a week.
- Availability: No weekends or holidays. Fulltime is preferred but candidates with a minimum of 10 hours per week will also be considered.
- Ideal Candidate: Passionate about orthopedics loves the outdoors possesses a warm personality and has a growth mindset.
Caseload / Patient Population:
- Primary Focus: General orthopedics with 60 70 of the caseload being Medicare patients.
- Expected Patient Load: 1114 patients per day.
- Session Duration: 1hour evaluations and 40minute followup sessions.
- Professional Development: Opportunity to pursue passion projects based on personal interests.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: Competitive salary based on experience with new grads starting around $75000 annually.

Job Requirements:
- Education: Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent).
- Licensure: Eligible for Wisconsin state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Experience: No prior experience required; new grads are welcome.
