DC Controller for HM 3PL Logistics Site full-time permanent

We are currently seeking a DC Controller to join our new H&M 3PL distribution center focused on retail replenishment in Ploiesti Romania.

As the DC Controller you will support the DC Manager by monitoring 3PL DC business results performance and costs. Additionally you will act as a business partner to the Cluster Controller and the 3PL partner.

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible to monitor and report financial and operational performance cost efficiency as well as quality assurance according to agreed SLAs projects KPIs (e.g. cost service sustainability)
• Support the DC Manager and 3PL partner with financial and quantitative insights as well as reports and analyses
• Identify areas of improvement needs with regards to DC performance by performing relevant analyses
• Define H&M framework & reports structure to follow up on business results on a regular basis in alignment with overall global guidelines and reporting needs of DC management audit routines etc.
• Provide quantitative and qualitative decision support to the DC Manager
• Oversee challenge and validate the operational planning
• Secure correct invoicing and quality check of main cost drivers from an H&Mperspective

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in controlling combined with a robust problemsolving and analytical mindset. Additionally you have excellent communication and coordination skills. You maintain a holistic view of the bigger picture with a visionary approach and you exhibit an agile mindset with a positive attitude towards change and meaningful growth.

What you need to succeed:

• Profound knowledge of controlling logistics DC operations & finance related software regional specifics and operational capabilities
• Experience collaborating with crossfunctional departments and Regional Management
• Solid skills in planning followups prioritization and business cases
• Resilient under pressure and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in both Romanian and English
• Ability to foster collaboration engage stakeholders and motivate and mobilize teams to achieve common goals
• Selfaware with an understanding your impact on others and the business

Additional Information :

This role is a fulltime permanent position starting as soon as possible with direct reporting to the DC Manager. The work location is Ploiesti Romania.
