At Sock Club we create highquality custom socks that bring brands to life while delivering exceptional service from design to delivery. As the Director of Sales Small/Medium Business you will lead our SMB sales team driving revenue growth customer retention and team performance. You will oversee inbound sales nurture key client relationships and develop scalable strategies to convert onetime buyers into longterm customers. This role combines customer success revenue strategy and sales to ensure every client interaction is impactful and drives sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute growth strategies to expand our SMB client segment and drive repeat business.
- Manage revenue targets sales performance and conversion metrics continuously identifying growth opportunities.
- Lead mentor and scale a highperforming Customer Success & Sales team.
- Optimize sales funnels and lead qualification processes to increase conversion rates.
- Develop and implement efficient workflows sales processes and reporting structures to enhance team effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Sales Marketing and Product to ensure seamless lead nurturing and customer experience.
- Conduct competitive analysis to refine positioning sales tactics and customer engagement approaches.
Required Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in Customer Success Sales or Account Management.
- 3 years of leadership experience managing customerfacing sales teams.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth through customer engagement & sales initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of datadriven decisionmaking.
- Experience with CRM systems customer success tools and sales automation.
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
