Job Overview
Paradigm Realty is seeking a dedicated CRM Executive for a fulltime midlevel position based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have experience ranging from 4 to 6 years in customer relationship management. The role involves leveraging CRM software for data analysis and reporting alongside developing and implementing sales strategies. A passion for client satisfaction and problemsolving is essential.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in customer relationship management with experience in CRM software proficiency (Mandatory skill).
- Strong reporting and analytics capabilities enabling datadriven decisionmaking (Mandatory skill).
- Exceptional data analysis skills to interpret consumer behavior and optimize sales.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to effectively engage clients and internal teams.
- Problemsolving attitude with the ability to navigate complex client interactions and provide solutions.
- Keen attention to detail ensuring accuracy and consistency in client data and reports.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Customer communication:Maintaining strong relationships with customers through regular communication and providing a unique postsale experience
- Data management:Recording updating and following up on CRM database and ensuring data is accurate and not duplicated
- Project management:Monitoring project progress ensuring documentation is accurate and complete and updating clients on the project
- Customer service:Assisting customers with queries related to legal registration banking and more
- Process compliance:Ensuring compliance with company processes and procedures and identifying and reporting discrepancies to management
- Reporting:Preparing reports on a daily weekly quarterly and monthly basis
- Team management:Recruiting training managing and developing the CRM team
- Customer escalation:Handling customer escalations and ensuring satisfactory closures
- Collection:Keeping track of outstanding customer collections
- Bank approvals:Getting bank approvals for project housing loans
