Job Description
Houlihans Restaurant & Bar is looking for fulltime and parttime dishwashers responsible to assist the kitchen staff in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and all storage areas; specifically for cleaning all equipment utensils and the physical work area

JOB ESSENTIALS
- Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of all china glass and silver and ensuring the highest standards of sanitation
- Assist the kitchen staff in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and all storage areas; specifically for cleaning all equipment utensils and the physical work area
- Clean and sanitize all pots pans and kitchen utensils using the correct cleaning and rinsing solutions
- Safely setup clean and utilize the machinery
- Be responsible for assisting with proper food storage and rotation
- Maintain clean and organized work areas in the kitchen and service side stations to maximize efficiency
- Follow proper safety policies and procedures and use safety equipment as needed
- Ensure work area is clean and clear of standing water debris or any objects that can obstruct the job duties from being performed safely efficiently and effectively
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to prioritize organize and follow up
- Ability to read speak and understand the English language in order to communicate with coworkers and guests
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates and guests
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming which includes wearing the proper uniform
- Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis; Able to work varied shifts including weekday evenings weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time move bend lift carry push pull and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
