We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Agile Fusion Team Product Manager to join our innovative and fastpaced team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading crossfunctional teams and delivering cuttingedge products that meet our customers needs and drive our business forward. This role requires a deep understanding of Agile methodologies exceptional leadership skills and a passion for product development.
What youll do
- Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with the companys goals and market demand across all layers of the organization.
- Product Backlog Management: Work closely with Product Owners or owns and or creates prioritizes and maintains the product backlog to ensure that the team is focused on the most valuable features.
- User Stories and Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define detailed user stories and requirements ensuring clarity and feasibility.
- Vision and Strategy: Work closely with Product Manager and AOB stakeholders to understand and communicate the product vision to development team. Ensure that the product objectives align with the companys business goals and customer needs.
- Agile Leadership: Champion agile product development processes to the organization. Guide team to adhere to Agile principles and practices.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with customers partners and internal stakeholders to define and execute on a product vision that aligns with the business strategy and meets user needs.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance and conduct datadriven analysis to inform future iterations and improvements.
- Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment encouraging open communication and continuous improvement.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Together with the leadership team ensures compliance with Food Safety and Food Quality Plans in addition to customer requirements. Interprets and communicates customer requirements to plant production and/or support groups. Establishes and Audits PCPs CCPs and Standard Operating Procedures to define and monitor processes to ensure customer requirements are met. Reviews incidents during which the procedures are not met and determines appropriate corrective action for partners failing to follow standard procedures.
What you need to succeed
- Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration Computer Science Engineering or a related field. A masters degree is a plus.
- 5 years of experience in product management or related field AND Agile methodologies
- Proven leadership experience
- Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of software development processes and technologies.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of the capability or area of business (AOB) that are working in.
- Market Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the external market including best practices technologies and trends occurring in the marketplace. Ability to navigate external market and bring the outside into Schreiber.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead crossfunctional teams and influence stakeholders and multiple levels of the organization without direct authority.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven approach to decision making.
- Customer Focus: Deep empathy for customers and a passion for creating products that deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Certification: Agile certification (e.g. Certified Scrum Product Owner SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager) is a plus.
