Job Description
The Department of Food Science in the School of Environmental and Biological Sciences at Rutgers The State University of New Jersey is currently seeking Lecturers CoAdjutants and course assistants to teach or assist with various undergraduate or graduate courses such as: Food and Health; Food as Medicine; Food Process Engineering; Current Issues in Food Science and Food Law; Carbohydrates in Foods; Nutragenomics & Nutraceuticals and possibly others during the Spring 2024 semester. The candidates will present course materials or assist during assigned course times hold office hours administer exams assign grades and coordinate any other related requirements. Applicants should specify which course is of primary interest.
