Job Description
Innovative Chemical Products Group (ICP Group) is a leading formulator and manufacturer of specialty coatings adhesives and sealants serving the construction and industrial end markets. ICP Group is seeking a meticulous and handson Sample Builder to join our team. The Sample Builder will be responsible for creating highquality product samples for the APOC RoofXTender California Sports Surfaces PliDek and APF brands. This role requires a perfectionist mindset with strong construction and building skills along with basic administrative abilities to manage inventory via email.
This position is based in Andover MA.

Responsibilities:
- Create assemble and prepare product samples for various brands ensuring precision and quality.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to fulfill sample requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain and organize sample inventory including tracking and replenishing supplies as needed.
- Ensure product samples meet company standards for quality and accuracy.
- Utilize basic email functions to communicate with internal teams and manage inventory orders.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery of samples to fulfillment warehouse.
Experience needed:
- Proven experience in construction building or a related field with a focus on handson craftsmanship.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality a perfectionist attitude is a must.
- Ability to work with various building materials (e.g. roofing waterproofing coatings) and understand their applications training will be provided.
- Basic computer skills including email proficiency for inventory management and communication.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or relevant experience preferred.
- Ability to lift carry and move materials up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable standing bending and working with hands for extended periods.
