Provide leadership of the learning content in our knowledge and learning platform as well as assist with related content of the HR portal. In addition to the focus on Learning and Development this person may assist with other HR projects as time permits.
Specifically the Learning & Development Specialist will partner within the team and lead programs in a performancebased culture. Project work may include guidance and support for the Annual Performance Management cycle Succession Planning creating Individual Development Plans providing learning guidance focused on employee development.
Our Learning & Development team also partners with business segments to create classes tailored to specific functions and processes within a department or team.
