We are Jones Technical Institute (JTech) a nonprofit postsecondary trade school located on the Southside of Jacksonville Florida. The institution offers academic programs in the areas of Automotive Technology Commercial Truck Driving Diesel Technology HVACR Technology and Marine & RV Technology.As a part of the Facilities Management Team the right candidate will take pride in our facility by keeping it in a show ready state at all times. Because we are an institution of higher learning it is important to create an environment that is safe clean and organized and this role plays an integral part in those areas.

• be able to work 40 hours/week from 9 AM 6:30 PM MR 9 AM 4 PM F
• be detail oriented
• have no restrictions of bending reaching lifting climbing stairs or ladders
• must be able to use common handheld and power tools
• take pride in their work product
• display and evidence dependability punctuality and professional behavior
• be motivated highspirited and reliable.
• once provided a routine will be able to work independently
• follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals

• High School Diploma and a great attitude
