Tanana Valley Clinic 1st Care a walkin medical clinic is seeking a Physician to join their highly experienced and growing team.
The Opportunity:
Tanana Valley Clinic 1stCare is an EDlight clinic that manages a variety of health concerns including orthopedic injuries minor traumas acute and chronicillness and pediatric complaints. Our team provides advanced diagnostics through our onsite lab and radiology with efficient access to an advanced imaging center. As the goto community provider for walkin care you can expect that every day will present new and exciting challenges.
- Compensation: $260000 base salary $345000 average annual total compensation (base production bonuses) $65000 signon bonus. Eligible for an annual $10k physician incentive quality metric bonus.
- Benefits:Full employee benefits medical vision dental 401k.
- Schedule:Three 12hour shifts per week. 156 shifts per year. One shift of telemedicine per week. Never on call.7 weeks ATO and 2 weeks for CME.
- Patients:Expect to see roughly 30 patients per day ranging in age from 2 days to 99 years.
- Team:11 providers who work independently in a collegial and collaborativeenvironment.
