Position would preferably be located in Albuquerque NM but will consider other areas in the State. We are not considering remote (out of state) at all.
The Job Development Manager will be responsible for providing turnkey project management while ensuring timely financing approval and design of multifamily affordable housing developments. For this role please note that you will be required to live and work in or near Albuquerque NM to directly support our locally based projects. Additionally your tasks will include but not be limited to:
