Job Description
WHAT IS GOING ON
We have a successful sales and service team and need abright candidate to fill a lotattendant position to help us keep up with the high demand for our products and services. This is a great entrylevel position to get into the automotive service industry.
WHAT DO YOU GET
- Money of course:This is an entrylevel position that starts at $10.00 an hour with a 40hour work week.
- Training Tools & Career Path: The Lot Porter Role is THE entrylevel position in our company that opens the door to sales and service advisor positions. So yes we need a porter however longtermwe arelooking for our next salesperson our next technician or our next service advisor. We provide all of the training and tools you will need to get started even if you have never done work like this before. Itis our desire to invest in highperformers that fit our core values. We will give you a career path that will allow you to move up into leadership positions that can really offer a great lifestyle and career for years to come. We anticipate a promotion within the first 9 months.

WHAT ARE WE SEARCHING FOR
We are looking for someone that takes pride in their work to help us keep our inventory and facilities in proper order. You dont need experience just a great attitude. The ideal person would be an upbeatperson that connects with others easilydesires good work and is hardworking. We are looking for some simple qualifications such as:
- Able to work flexible schedules and some weekends
- Positive attitude cando mentality confident outgoing personality eagerness to improve
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Professional attitude and the ability to deliver bestinclass customer service
- Reliable transportation to and from work every single day
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
WHAT DO YOU DO
- Maintain inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed and replacing batteries when necessary.
- Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
- Keep lots neat and orderly moving cars as directed by the general manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.
- Drive vehicles to and from service lane service stalls and parking lot as needed.
- Make key tags for and handle the inventory of vehicles.
- Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
WHEN DO YOU DO IT
Its a 40 hour a week position with just about every weekend off. Cant beat that!
