Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Recruitment Specialist with expertise in job postings to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing and attracting top talent through effective job postings across various platforms. As a Recruitment Specialist you will play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition efforts by crafting effective job postings optimizing their visibility and attracting qualified candidates for our esteemed clients organization.

Responsibilities:

  1. Craft clear concise and engaging job postings that accurately reflect the job requirements and company culture.
  2. Utilize job boards social media platforms professional networks and other channels to post job advertisements and attract candidates.
  3. Optimize job postings for maximum visibility and effectiveness including the use of relevant keywords.
  4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans for each position.
  5. Screen incoming applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates conducting initial assessments as needed.
  6. Monitor recruitment metrics and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of job postings and recruitment strategies making recommendations for improvement as needed.
  7. Stay updated of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and job postings continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Any Graduate.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or recruitment specialist with a focus on job postings and candidate sourcing.
  • Strong understanding of job posting platforms social media channels and other recruitment tools and technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling job postings and engage with candidates effectively.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Experience with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred.
