Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging soft skills training sessions for diverse audiences.
Develop customized training modules based on organizational needs.
Assess and evaluate participants progress during and after training sessions.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant content into training programs.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer for a minimum of 1 Year exp.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt training content to various learning styles.
Comfortable with remote work and available for parttime engagements.
Adept at using virtual communication tools for training delivery.
Payment Structure:
Compensation will be on a class basis.
