Raytheon Advance Products & Solution (APS) is seeking a highly motivated candidate for our Development Program Management (Associate Director) opportunity to lead a highprofile aircraft modification capital program.

Thesuccessful candidatewill beresponsiblefor leading all aspects of program including cost schedule and technical performance.

Location (onsite only): McKinney TX or El Segundo CA

What You Will Do

  • Develop manage and own Program Estimate at Completions (EACs) and spend plan

  • Set program priorities resolve conflicts and barriers implement gates and major reviews

  • Manage performance of aircraft modification subcontractors and engage with subcontractor leadership to ensure program executes to plan

  • Manage risk opportunity cost quality and schedule performance

  • Provideleadership and direction to a cross functional team within capital budget and schedule constraints

  • Establish a program EarnedValueManagementSystem (EVMS) baseline manage scope risks and opportunities

  • Coordinate and align interactionsdependencies and transactions betweencustomersand other primes

  • Understand and represent customer needs to leadership while building and maintaining excellent relationships with customers and key suppliers

  • Travel to support domestic businessengagements

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelors degree and 12 years of relevant experience in program/project management experience (such as: Project/Program Management Engineering Cost Account Manager (CAM) or Integrated Product Team Lead Finance leadership business unit management etc)

  • Experience leading a program within the development lifecycle phase

  • Experience managing cost schedule and technical performance for programs with use ofprogram managementtoolssuch as EarnedValueManagementSystem (EVMS) IntegratedMasterSchedule (IMS)Riskand OpportunityManagement Scope Board or similar business processes

  • Experienceleadingcrossfunctionalteams to include but not limited to any combination of the following: Engineering Contracts Finance Procurement/Supply Chain and/or administrative functions

  • An activeand transferableSecret level U.S. government issued security clearance ispriorto start date. U.S. citizenship is as only U.S. citizens are eligible for asecurity clearance

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Program Management Level3Certification required to be obtained after onboarding

  • Experience developing programs that include aspects of aircraft modification subsystem integration on aircraft and flight testing

  • Prior experience managing a program with subcontractors performing to Supplier Statement of Work (not just build to print)

  • Experience with oversight and monitoring of supplier performance; develop preventive and corrective actions as necessary

  • Excellent strategic thinkingproblemsolving andprogram managementskills

  • Excellent written and oralcommunication skills: candevelopclear concise andlogicallywritten communicationsas well as deliver recommendations effectively to key stakeholders and demanding audiences

This position requires the eligibility to obtain a security clearance. The salary range for this role is 162000 USD 326000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including but not limited to individual performance business unit performance and/or the companys performance.

This role is a role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
