Who You Are
As a Lender Sales Account Manager youll drive adoption of our Buy Before You Sell (BBYS) product among loan officers. Youll focus on educating influencing and converting loan officers into BBYS advocatesmaking it a key part of their lending portfolio.
Youll manage a highvolume pipeline lead engaging demos and support loan officers through the preapproval process. Your goal is to ensure they understand the product and actively integrate it into their business.
What Youll do Here
- Sell through education: Make BBYS a core offering for loan officers by turning them into advocates through product education partnership support and consistent followup.
- Conduct engaging phone demos and webinars to introduce BBYS and explain its benefits clearly and confidently
- Guide loan officers through the preapproval process helping them convert prospects into BBYSqualified homeowners
- Manage and execute inbound and outbound campaigns using tools like HubSpot our Sales App and custom phone/email cadences
- Build lasting partnerships through ongoing relationship management including onboarding education retention and conversion initiatives
- Collaborate with Account Executives to identify opportunities to elevate relationshipslooping in AEs when corporate decisionmakers are involved
- Actively explore cold outreach and reengagement opportunities to grow your pipeline
What You Bring
- 35 years of experience in mortgage sales as a Loan Officer or Loan Officer Assistant; were also open to candidates with a background in highperforming outside sales roles in other industries.
- Proven track record of managing highvolume pipelines and phonebased sales or education campaigns
- Experience with HubSpot or other CRM tools and comfort working in a fastpaced datadriven environment
- A strong understanding of the lending process and how to engage partners at the front of the real estate transaction
- High energy excellent communication skills and a natural ability to influence and educate
- A selfstarter mindset with strong followthrough organization and ownership
