Job Description
OakNorth is a profitable business that has supported the growth of thousands of entrepreneurs with a new standard of business lending.Were looking for people to join our Engineering team in building upon this success as we grow to play a key part in redefining the future of business banking with next generation financial tools and products.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fastpaced growing bank with a reputation for doing things differently. We dont want another cog in the machine were looking for selfstarters and bold thinkers who want to pave their own career paths.
Responsibilities
- Have a strong technical background including 8 years of experience designing and engineering large scale systems
- Full stack experience in enterprise class applications (Python / ReactNative /React)
- Architecture and system design knowledge (prefer in Domaindriven Design Event design)
- Worked extensively in building mobile applications using ReactNative
- Measure your success in terms of business impact not lines of code
- Internalise the best ideas from across the organisation humbly setting a vision that others can get behind
