Description of the Position: (Purpose of the Position): The Financial Assistant is responsible for communicating with and completing all tasks assigned by the Financial Managers. General tasks can include accounting of daily Lions Pause transactions (including sales invoices and discounts) filing all documents in a neat and organized manner and notifying FMs of bookkeeping inconsistencies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Attend all required weekly meetings with Financial Managers
  • Accounting and filing of Lions Pause Kitchen receipts and invoices
  • Exercise clear communication transparency and sound judgment
  • Ensuring confidentiality of Lions Pause finances
  • Each Financial Assistants will work alternate weeks

Qualifications: (Education/Experience/Skills)

  • Studying Economics Quantitative Economics Statistics Math
  • Interest in finance/accounting
