Job Description
Tombras a 400 person fullservice national advertising agency with a digital mindset is seeking an Ad Tech Analyst.
Where youll be working:Knoxville
Our Ad Technologies team is at the forefront of developing and implementing cuttingedge proprietary technologies to enhance our clients marketing and advertising efforts. As part of our team you will gain handson experience with ad tech solutions and play a key role in supporting the implementation of our technology stack across various clients.
We are looking for an eager and analytical individual to join our dynamic team. This entrylevel role is designed for someone passionate about software digital marketing data and technology who is ready to learn and grow within a fastpaced environment. You will work closely with the Manager of Ad Technologies to support the deployment integration and optimization of our ad solutions.
This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in ad technology digital marketing or datadriven advertising. Youll gain valuable handson experience and mentorship while contributing to impactful projects within a leading agency environment.
What youll be doing:
- Develop an understanding of our ad technology suite and its applications
- Assist in implementing and maintaining data connections between clients and technology solutions
- Support the integration of ad technology products within clients broader advertising ecosystems
- Conduct basic data analysis to contribute to insights that drive efficiencies and enhance marketing performance
- Assist in documenting processes creating templates and organizing training materials
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless technology adoption and usage
- Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges related to ad technology implementation
- Additionally you will collaborate with the Manager of Ad Technologies to:
- Learn and refine internal workflows to optimize processes
- Develop repeatable deliverables based on common client needs
- Gain exposure to training initiatives for other departments on ad tech solutions
What youll bring:
- A strong desire to learn and develop expertise in ad technology and digital marketing
- Basic understanding of digital advertising data analytics or marketing technology (prior experience is a plus but not required)
- Problemsolving skills and the ability to communicate roadblocks and propose solutions
- Attention to detail and a proactive mindset in learning and executing tasks
- Ability to work on multiple projects prioritize tasks and adapt to evolving priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel Google Sheets or other data analysis tools is a plus
