Overview:
Due to growth RehabPilates Physical Therapy & Pilates Inc. is seeking a fulltime or parttime Physical Therapist for an Outpatient Orthopedics position in San Leandro CA.
Caseload/Patient Population:
The PT will work with a diverse caseload including orthopedic diagnoses pre/postoperative patients and individuals of varying fitness levels for conditioning and injury prevention. The ideal candidate is a team player with skills in manual therapy and a Pilatesbased approach (Pilates training is helpful but not required). Mentorship is available.
Work Schedule:
- Clinic Hours: Monday Friday 9 AM 6 PM.
- FullTime or PartTime: Fulltime hours are available and parttime candidates with at least 24 hours per week are considered.
- Flexible Hours: Schedules can be adjusted based on patient needs.
- WorkLife Balance: Fulltime or parttime roles are available with options to work 34 days per week.

Job Requirements:
- Education: Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent).
- Licensure: Eligible for California state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- New Graduates: New Grad PTs are welcome to apply.
- Spanish Fluency: Helpful but not required.
- Experience: Prior experience is not required but mentorship will be provided.
