Our team collaborates with product strategy and product managers to govern readiness standards in achieving principles (compliance privacy security) by design for what PwCs technology assets require to be successful in the market. They provide guidance for product development across the lifecycle (ideation / strategy through commercialization / monetization). Additionally they facilitate market readiness for technology assets overall as changes occur to assets or market conditions throughout the assets life cycle.

As a Senior Associate youll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to . Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Design and develop automated tests for new business critical flows

• Maintain existing automated tests

• Enhance automation framework to meet ongoing demand and new tools and technology.

• Establish effective working relationships directly with internal product development teams

• Contribute to the development of your own and teams technical acumen

• Collaborate with other product teams; sharing QA automation best practices and testing frameworks to promote standardization across the firm.

• Able to communicate effectively across multiple workstream leads geographies and product management;

• Thorough Understanding of modern software development processes including development process lifecycle Agile development methodologies etc; Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand

Minimum Degree Required:

Bachelors Degree in information technology or Computer Science

• QA Automation engineer will have complete ownership for preparing test automation solutions designing automation frameworks and implementation of test strategy test plans & test of the product

• Design and create test conditions test data to address business and technical use cases

• Use existing tools and techniques to execute test cases and build/script new tools for performing testing/validation function

• Develop and lead the automation strategy/effort and generate scripts to perform automated testing cycles using Robot Selenium or Cypress

• Design Execute and analyze automation test scripts & test results for Web applications

• Supports automation script development and the optimization of those scripts.

• Create a standard framework for Functional Automation. Presents technical documentation for review by peers and the Development community.

• To work individually or with the QA team for resolution of technical issues of the product as needed.

• Develop automation strategy to support regression testing based on the technical analysis complexity and reusability

• Responds appropriately and competently to the demands of work challenges when confronted with changes ambiguity adversity and other pressures.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Responsible for testing features to ensure adherence to requirements as specified by the BA in the work items

  Independently executes and maintains an automated QA regression suite

  Actively participate in both technical and functional discussions relative to ongoing and future user story development

  Provide input to the development of project initiation documents including objectives scope approach and deliverables when needed

  Establish strong working relationships with the development team business operations and other IT team members

  Participate in and support crossteam process improvement initiatives

  Assist in the creation and maintenance of application guidelines standards policies and procedures and disseminate to IT teams

5 years of experience in QA automation

BS Computer Science BS Information Systems or equivalent experience

Understanding of relevant information system technologies and the agile software development life cycle; including planning and review

Strong organization and communication skills with the ability to concisely articulate status issues and risks

Experience creating and maintaining test suites within Azure DevOps

Handson development experience with QA automation frameworks; preferably using Selenium and SpecFlow

Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines C# JavaScript REST APIs jquery LINQ query SQL and .NET
