What Youll Do:
- Own the Procurement Strategy Develop implement and refine a procurement strategy that aligns with Zeuss ambitious growth plans.
- Lead & Inspire Build mentor and empower a highperforming team in a fastmoving environment.
- Supplier Excellence Establish and nurture key supplier relationships negotiating bestinclass agreements and ensuring longterm success.
- Drive Business Impact Collaborate crossfunctionally to ensure the supply chain is aligned with business objectives.
- Optimise Supply Chain Analyse market trends enhance efficiency and improve costeffectiveness without compromising quality.
- Champion Innovation Identify opportunities for cost reduction sustainability and process improvements.
- Ensure Compliance & Risk Management Maintain best practices in procurement governance contract negotiations and supplier performance.
What Were Looking For:
Skills & Experience:
- 10 years experience in procurement supply chain management or purchasing with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong negotiation supplier management and contract negotiation expertise.
- Proven strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and the ability to drive change.
- Exceptional relationshipbuilding and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software & ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities.
- Track record of driving cost efficiencies and supply chain improvements.
- Experience in managing intercompany relationships and collaborating across multiple business units.
