Job Description Summary
We have an opportunity for a frontfacing reception area of a high volume testing center where we proctor exams for students with testing related accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act. This position will assist with coordinating the testing services offered by the Disability Services department.
Responsibilities
Receive students Assist students using our online system Booking testing room space Monitoring test takers Keeping accurate records/statistical data Ensuring test security and integrity Comply with faculty instructions and approved ADA accommodations. Serve as backup to other support positions in the office.

Strong time management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks and perform in a timely and efficient manner Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact diplomatically with a diverse group of individuals at all organizational levels Writing skills to prepare clear concise & grammatically correct correspondence Professional demeanor and the ability to work with other departments while maintaining a high level of confidentiality An ethical commitment to the confidentiality of sensitive documents Ability and diplomacy skills to consult with students and faculty regarding educational and security issues associated with testing Attention to detail in a high paced environment Technical skills to learn and use enterprise systems required for this position
