- Diagnose repair and maintain a variety of residential and commercial appliances including refrigerators ovens dishwashers washers and dryers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on professionalism and reliability.
- Manage service calls efficiently and communicate effectively with customers.
- Use tools and resources to ensure quality repairs and excellent service.
- Experience: Proven track record as an appliance repair technician 5 years preferred).
- Skills: Expertise in diagnosing and repairing major appliances; EPA or other certifications are a plus.
- Customer Focus: Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Work Ethic: Punctual reliable and detailoriented.
- Valid Drivers License: Clean driving record and ability to operate a companyprovided vehicle.
