We are seeking a talented and passionate certified Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role you will provide exceptional eyelash extension services while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing experience for our clients. Your expertise in beauty treatments along with your commitment to customer satisfaction will help us maintain our reputation for excellence in the industry. In addition ideally we are seeking Rhode Island licensed cosmetologists or estheticians to be able to provide chemical services such as lash lift and tint services.
- Perform highquality eyelash extension applications while ensuring client safety and satisfaction is required.
- Sanitize all tools and workstations according to industry standards to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Provide excellent guest services by engaging with clients understanding their needs and offering professional and personalized recommendations.
- Utilize MINDBODY software for scheduling appointments and managing client records efficiently.
- Educate clients on aftercare and maintenance of their eyelash extensions to enhance their experience and retention.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while adhering to salon policies and procedures.
- Willing to work evening shifts and weekends.
- Proven experience 2 years) in eyelash extension application is required; certification is required.
- Rhode Island cosmetology or esthetician license is a plus but not mandatory.
- Facial threading experience is a plus but not required.
- Background in sales or customer service is highly desirable to effectively promote services and engage with clients.
- Familiarity with guest services in a beauty or wellness setting is preferred.
- Experience with MINDBODY or similar scheduling software is advantageous.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and health regulations within the beauty industry is essential.
- Previous experience in related fields will be beneficial but not mandatory.
Expected Pay: $26000 $60000
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Rotating weekends
