We are seeking a Lead SalesSpecialist for a high growth opportunity to expand our sales department. This role will be identifying lead opportunities for all of Lakeshore Sport & Fitnesss services at our downtown location. The Lead SalesSpecialist is responsible for outbound businesstobusiness (B2B) prospecting qualifying and scheduling meetings between our customers and sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new business via the telephone and mass communications to introduce Lakeshore Sport & Fitnesss solutions and identify decisionmakers within specific target markets; Proactively contact B2B prospects
- Conduct a needs analysis to identify the prospects pain points and determine how Lakeshore Sport & Fitnesss solutions will speak to those needs
- Build and cultivate prospect relationships in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel
- Enter and update lead data into our CRM database
- Collaborate with the sales team on new and projective lead pipeline activity weekly
- Conduct investigative research on target companies and different verticals
- Deliver weekly reports on call activity lead and opportunity generation
Qualifications
- 2 years of lead generation sales prospecting or sales experienced preferred; if you are motivated to start a new sales career than wed like to speak with you too!
- Must have exceptional phone communication skills with a thick skin working with a sense of urgency
- Taskoriented taking great notes and efficiently entering data into our CRM database
- Initiative organization team skills and a desire to learn are critical and could make or break this opportunity
