We are looking for a eDiscovery Executive to join our eDiscovery Solutions department to support the delivery of billable eDiscovery Solutions services to our clients and provide project support to the eDiscovery Solutions team.
What will you do:
This is an introductory eDiscovery role that can grow with the right candidate. The right candidate will assist the eDiscovery team across various projects in various capacities including (but not limited to):
Responsible for ensuring that projects are carried out to the best possible standard within agreed upon timeframes at an acceptable cost and in line with the eDiscovery Solutions teams workflows and processes.
Provide Relativity administrative support including but not limited to:workspace creation; client matter and user group setup; security permissions setup; batching; searching; and document exports.
Logging all media and maintaining the media database.
Copy data to and from internal and external FTP sites.
Main point of contact between eDiscovery team and IT Services.
Attend and take notes for all project meetings develop action lists.
Track progress internally to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
Support the strategic implementation of the eDiscovery Solutions Business Plan.
Assist the team with administrative tasks including but not limited to:media tracking and chain of custody; quality control checks; production tracking; project reports and metrics; work orders; cost estimates; and training demos and presentations.
What we are looking for:
The ideal candidate will be keen to further develop and grow in eDiscovery. An interest in learning more about eDiscovery technology and workflows is desired. We are looking for someone who wants to grow in the role and begin their career in the eDiscovery industry.
Strong understanding and desire to learn about eDiscovery.
Preferably one years experience in an eDiscovery role at a law firm service provider consultancy or government agency.
Exposure to Relativity or other eDiscovery platforms.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 with an emphasis on Excel.
Ability to understand and work with complex databases.
Ability to troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions.
Excellent client relationship skills including the ability to proactively manage expectations recognise needs and adapt capabilities to meet client requirements.
Demonstrated success in the management of multiple simultaneous projects.
Problemsolving analytical and organisational skills.
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Flexibility and willingness to work additional hours on occasion as required.
